I've been looking for forums and reviews for headers to see what would be great and affordable. I'm looking to spend between 150 and 200. but I don't want a cheap brand that will later on cause problems and bend over time or melt the gasket and cause

No the headers are not interchangeable between the gt and gts. i guy i know personally has a website exitspeedautosports.com his name is steve and he specializes in toyotas. just email him this question and he will give you some great advice.
