Should I extend my Warranty on 06 Jeep Liberty?

I have a 2006 Jeep Liberty with 180,000 highway miles on it. The Jeep is in PERFECT shape it seems inside and out. WELL TAKEN CARE OF! Jeep offered me a 5 yr / 100,000 mile extended warranty that covers pretty much except cosmetic stuff. Its costing $3000.

Put the money in the bank, extended warranties are a rip off.
