How do you put in the old version of scarecrow Original Custom Fangs?

In my fang box there is the 2 fangs, 2 purple capsules, 2 felt-ish 1 inch squares,1 pouch of little white pellets, and 1 mini white tube. I cannot find out how to put them in. I think they are the older version.
