Is there a better radiator for a chevy express 1997 5.7?

I just bought a 1997 chevrolet express 5.7L and im planning on towing a boat over the mountains for vacation. Is there any radiators that have a greater capacity then the regulars? What can you recommend me to avoid overheating? thanks
I expect your Express van has the 2-row radiator which is standard equipment for the 5.7L engine and I would recommend a 3-row or 4-row maximum cooling radiator if you are going to do any summertime towing over mountains, preferably a 4-row radiator.
