How do I remove the panel so that I can remove this dent from my 1988 Nissan EXA?

I need to remove this dent from my 1988 Nissan EXA. Does anyone know how to get to the back of the panel so that I get to the back of the dent?

No need to remove the panel. You should open the car door, you will then have access to the inside of the car. Then use a hammer to bang it back out again from the inside.
