the thing I have noticed is that there is steam coming from the radiator cap when closed and the dual fans won't turn on, any suggestions?
could be the thermostat is stuck closed, and the water is boiling and causing steam.
the fan aren't turning on because of a fuse, relay or switch/sensor.
