The thermostat in my apartment is busted, and the air runs constantly (i live in AZ where its already 100 degrees) this causes my electric bill to be very high. Management wont replace it because it does not cause the air to not function. I have a digital
I would have a roll of electrical tape handy and tape off each wire as removed it from the old thermostat. Then untape each wire are you install it on the new thermostat. I didn't even try to shut off the breaker when I replaced my thermostat several
