Jeez, where does one start with this. One GOP house member spoke up and says that auto emissions needs to be removed from epa and put in the hands of the national highway safety traffic folks. He goes as far as to say future includes ban of states setting own emmissions and fuel economy stands. Wants emmissions and fe to be reviewed for after the current take effect. CARB here in CA is upset and said such a move would cost consumers money but doesn't say how.

The fuel filter on -'97 models is located on the inner side of the frame rail on driver's side, directly below the driver's rear door. On '98+ models, the filter was relocated to the same position on the opposite side (RH/Passenger) The pictures in this article will be of the -'97 location.

While not everyone is happy w/the new design, as of right now the usage looks extremely good (ie. more people registering (43,000+ new users yesterday), digging, consuming, clicking, following, etc.). Our top priority is to stabilize the site, then we'll look at the data/feedback and make decisions on what to change going forward.
That said, I want to address some of the common concerns I've seen dug up.
