Can I buy seat covers for my honda dealership?

i have 1990 honda accord EX . It has leather seats and the drivers seat base is ripped . Can I still buy the lower seat cover only from honda? The rest of the seats in the car are excellent .

The car is 19 years old, and it is doubtful that you can find factory seat covers. The solution to your problem is to take the car to a good auto upholstery shop, and have them replace the torn section of your seat. They will be able to match the material,
