Ford modular engines?
You know Ford's modular engines; the 4.6L, 5.4L, and 6.8L V10, are they all basically the same engine but bigger versions of each other? I heard from somebody that the 5.4L is basically a 4.6L but wider and taller, and the 6.8L is the same as the 5.4L
The bottom ends of the 4.6 & the 5.4 are the same, but the height of the deck on the 5.4 is a little taller. The V-10 also uses the same measurements, except it has ten cylinders, so nothing is interchangeable. If you have a 4.6, you can replace
