where is the neutral safety switch located on my 96 dodge ram 2500 cummins turbo?

my truck wont start. my alternator is good new batteries. nothing happens when i turn the key unless i find a certain spot in the clutch. this is my last guess as to what is wrong, but i am unable to locate the neutral safety switch to change it.

Look around the top of the clutch pedal. It has a plunger that is activated when you press the clutch pedal.
