The pulleys on the blower motor for my furnace keep falling off.?

A few months ago I had a problem where the pulley attached to the blower motor fell off without (noticable) warning. I reattached it and a couple months later I heard a familiar noise. This time the pulley attached to the fan itself fell off.
you need to tighten the allen set srew on the pulley where the pulley rides closest to the shaft, but before you do examine the shaft. Some shafts will have a flat spot in them. If it does have a flat spot on the shaft, align the allen srew hole with
