Help, I can not start my boat engine?

I installed a new Balmar alternator on my boat engine now what do I do with the wire what used to go to D+ on my old alternator. This wire feeds the charging light and the startermotor relais ?

The second balmar regulator bit the dust. what the f** does this mean. I know it is not charging the battery! Unreal!
